Jump! Return Policy

FULL REFUND with receipt on these items:

REFUND must be within 10 days of purchase on the following NEW items:

  • New apparel must be unworn with hang tags attached.
  • New dance shoes must be in Original box/bag and be unmarked and unworn .
  • Unopened Tight packages only. (Tights with holes are not returnable. These holes tend to be caused by little fingers pulling up their tights..)

Refunds will be returned in the original tender.


FINAL SALE on these items:

  • All clearance items.
  • New figure skates which have been altered (ie. ankles punched, skates which have been worn, blades mounted onto boots).

SPECIAL ORDERS: Non-refundable.

SKATE WARRANTY: New skates carry a manufacturer's warranty. Product which is deemed defective will be shipped to the supplier for evaluation. They determine if the product will be repaired or replaced. The skater will be without skates during the evaluation period.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Within 30 days of purchase. We will evaluate the product and determine the appropriate course of action.

2) Jump! Consignment Policy

For Dancers wishing to sell their previously loved SHOES (Sorry we do not sell used shoes via the internet.)

Accepted shoes: Gently used, current styles and by Brands carried by Jump!.

  • (Our Brands: Bloch, Capezio, Leo’s, Sansha, So Danca)

Jump! determines the selling price. When your shoes have sold you receive:

  • A Store Credit for 50% of the selling price.

We send Email notification of the sale of your shoe & the credit amount.

The credit stays in the store and is valid for 2 years @ Jump! Sudbury.

Store credits may be used for everything except Jump! Gift Certificates.

When an item remains unsold for an extended period of time,

an email is sent requesting pick-up of the item(s) within 14 days.

Unclaimed items will be disposed of or given away at Jump!’s discretion.

For Skaters wishing to sell their previously loved SKATES

Skates we accept: Gently used, current styles and by Brands carried by Jump!.

(Our Brands: Gam, Graf, Jackson, Risport, Riedell)

Jump! determines the selling price of skates. When sold you receive:

  • A Store Credit for 60% of the selling price for skates priced under $100.00.
  • A Store Credit for 70% of the selling price for skates priced $100.00 and over.

We send Email notification of the sale & the amount of the credit.

The credit stays in the store and is valid for 2 years @ Jump! Sudbury.

Store credits may be used for everything except Jump! Gift Certificates.
